We provide doorstep delivery services across various zones and municipalities throughout the State of Qatar. Delivery fees are determined based on the destination area and will be clearly shown at checkout before you finalize your payment.

2. Free Delivery Offer

Customers automatically qualify for free delivery when the total order value reaches QAR 499 or more. Free delivery applies to all standard delivery zones covered within our network across Qatar.

3. Delivery Time & Scheduling

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 24 hours from initial placement and confirmation during standard operational days.

If exceptional circumstances cause unexpected delays, our logistics team will proactively contact you to provide updated dispatch and arrival times.

4. Order Preparation & Verification

Orders are assembled immediately following payment confirmation and inventory verification. If an ordered item is out of stock or requires special handling, our support team will reach out directly prior to dispatch to coordinate an optimal solution.

5. Receiving Your Order & Inspection

Upon receiving your delivery package, we kindly encourage you to verify:

• The accuracy of product models and carton dimensions received.
• The total count and quantities of bundles.
• The exterior condition of all cartons and wrapping.

If you notice discrepancies, transit damages, or missing units, please contact us promptly with clear photographs so we can resolve the matter under our Return & Exchange framework.

6. Package Safety & Transport Care

We package and secure all carton bundles with durable materials before dispatch to ensure items arrive pristine. In the rare event an order sustains transit damage or loss, our support team will investigate and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

7. Re-Delivery & Access Issues

If our courier is unable to complete a delivery due to customer unavailability or restricted building access, we will coordinate a follow-up delivery window. Please note that additional delivery fees may apply if multiple attempts are needed due to incomplete details or missed appointments.

8. Accurate Address Details

To avoid delivery delays, please ensure your shipping address contains complete information:

• Municipality / Area name.
• Zone Number & Street Number.
• Building / Villa Number & Unit / Flat details.
• Active Qatar mobile number for delivery driver coordination.

9. Office Pickup & Direct Collection

Customers may choose self-collection at checkout to pick up orders directly from our office in Umm Salal Mohammed during working hours once order readiness is confirmed.

10. Unforeseen Delays

While we adhere strictly to our 24-hour targets, transit times may be subject to external factors such as severe weather, road works, peak traffic congestion, or national holidays. Customer rights remain fully protected under Qatari e-commerce and consumer protection laws.
